CMN Hospitals Announces Radio Advisory Committee
SALT LAKE CITY, UT (Sept. 9, 2020) – Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals (CMN Hospitals), a non-profit aimed to fill funding gaps for critical needs at 170 children’s hospitals across the U.S. and Canada, has announced the formation of the CMN Hospitals Radio Advisory Committee. Comprised of leaders from some of radio’s best companies, this committee’s purpose is to collaboratively work together in order to best serve local children’s hospitals.
“Our radio partners play a major role in CMN Hospital’s ability to raise tens of millions of dollars each year for local children’s hospitals,” states Fleur Voruz, CMN Hospitals, Senior Director of Programs/Media. “During these unusual times, Radiothons and other related efforts remain at the core of what we do. Being able to tap into creative thinking of our Advisory Committee will allow us to adapt our approach to the current climate and explore new opportunities that benefit the local hospitals as well as our media partners.”

The relationship between CMN Hospitals, its local hospitals, and radio stations is an example of this model, and we look forward to collaborating with these giving leaders to explore ways of ensuring growth and support of children and their families in need for decades to come.”
The committee members will meet regularly for the period of a year to review fundamental practices, research, and make recommendations for the future of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals media program.
