Bryanna Grimes from Boston Children’s Hospital Receives 2024 Victoria Enmon Award 

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (July 25, 2024) – Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals® is proud to announce that Bryanna Grimes, Development Officer at Boston Children’s Hospital, has been honored with the 2024 Victoria Enmon Award. This prestigious award recognizes the exceptional dedication and passion of program directors who ensure that Victoria Enmon’s legacy continues to shine through the Extra Life program. 

Victoria Enmon’s family presented Grimes her award on stage at the Ignite: Peer-to-Peer Leadership Conference in Kansas City.

Victoria Enmon is the inspiration behind Extra Life, a fundraising program that supports children’s hospitals through gaming, created in her memory to honor her journey with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. 

Bryanna Grimes joined the world of Extra Life in 2022 and quickly became a cornerstone of the Boston Extra Life community. Her relentless encouragement, innovative ideas, and unwavering support have built a strong foundation of confidence and motivation among fundraisers. Grimes’ dedication to Extra Life and Boston Children’s Hospital is evident in her tireless efforts and boundless enthusiasm. 

Boston Children’s Hospital is one of the top fundraised for member hospitals through the Extra Life fundraising program, and Grimes has shown exceptional passion for both the mission and the local gaming community. She celebrates every victory, big or small, and sees immense potential in Extra Life. Her approach to challenges and new ideas is marked by creativity and fun, making her a beloved figure in the community. 

Grimes’ commitment to her community is unparalleled. She goes above and beyond to ensure that every member feels appreciated, supported, and loved. Her efforts have not only fueled fundraising success but also fostered a sense of unity and purpose among participants. 

Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals recognized top-performing programs and individuals at the Ignite Peer-to-Peer Leadership Conference, held in Kansas City, MO, from July 18-21. In a memorable moment, Enmon’s family presented the award on stage to representatives from Boston Children’s Hospital, celebrating Grimes’ outstanding contributions to the Extra Life program.
